Warsaw’s position as a thriving commercial hub is well represented in the quality of its business hotels. Most recognised brands have a strong offering in the city and the problem is which to choose. Luckily, each seems to have identified a niche and has done an excellent job of catering to it. Though all of these will appeal to leisure tourists as well, here is our selection of the best business hotels in Warsaw.
Sheraton Grand Warsaw
What marks out a good business hotel and differentiates it from other available classes? A good night’s rest is crucial, with comfortable beds and soundproofed rooms, as well as a reliable shower, and dedicated spaces to work, both in your room and around the hotel. We’d also say that plenty of meeting areas are important, both formal and more socially focused. Every business hotel will have a gym and preferably a pool. And, finally, fast transport in and out has to be a priority.
These are principally 4- and 5- star hotels, but most of our mid-range suggestions will also double as solid, cheaper alternatives for business travel. The interesting thing about this class is that you can end up getting cheaper prices during the high season, if you book far enough in advance. It’s also worth noting that most hotels pitched at the business market don’t offer single rooms – the PURO being a notable exception. I suppose a large bed guarantees a better sleep than a single.
During low season, you can expect to pay 565zł (122€) a night for either a single or double room at the PURO Centrum and 1,023zł (222€) at the Mercure, although you might pay considerably less if you book well in advance. All other hotels listed lie somewhere in between, with the Sofitel and Indigo on the cheaper end of the spectrum and the Sheraton closer to the upper end. In high season, the PURO rises to 693zł (150€), whilst the cost of Mercure is actually as low as 550zł (120€), provided you are able to book 6 months in advance. The cost of all rooms will rise as they begin to sell out. So check the links below and lock in reservations early.

Map of Warsaw Hotels
Plan where to stay in Warsaw with the WarsawVisit map. Hotels are marked in blue.
Each type of landmark has a different colour marker on the map:
- YELLOW: Warsaw Sightseeing
- BLUE: Warsaw Hotels
- RED: Warsaw Places To Eat – Michelin restaurants are DARK RED
- ORANGE: Warsaw Nightlife
- PURPLE: Shopping In Warsaw
- GREEN: Warsaw Transportation
Click on a marker and it will give you the name of the landmark, with a brief description and links for more information and directions. You can pan, scroll, and zoom around the map, or use the + or – buttons in the bottom left of the map to zoom in and out.
Click on the icon in the top left corner for an index of every location, sorted by category. Scroll down or use the map search (the magnifying glass icon) to find the place you want. Click the name of the place in the list. Its location pin will be highlighted on the map.
Each category is on a different layer, which can be switched on and off. So you can just see the Hotel or Restaurant pins, for example.
If you are using the map on your phone, open the Visit Warsaw map and then search for the name of the place. The map will then zoom in on its location.
